New Listing: 2006 Chaparral 330 Signature

2006 Chaparral 330 Signature
Tampa, FL

Chaparral's 330 Signature is one of the most thoughtfully designed mid-sized express cruisers available.  The separation of the aft berth from the other interior spaces is a nice feature that is rarely executed as well as it is on the 330.  The result is a much larger entertaining space than the conventional forward-berth layouts on other boats, that still has the option of being converted into sleeping space for five.

This vessel features upgraded options such as: MerCruiser power package with transferable extended warranty, bow thruster, flat screens in cabin (2), synthetic teak swim platform, Raymarine electronics with radar, and much more.

Upswing in International Sales

As the historically-slow months for brokerage sales arrive, we’ve seen an increase in business from international buyers which has kept sales figures relatively steady for the past few months. The strength of many foreign currencies and the arrival of spring in the Southern hemisphere have resulted in an increase in foreign clients looking to purchase boats for export from the United States.

International Sales
Sept. 2010 - Dec. 2010

Since September 1, we’ve seen nearly 70% of boats sold bound for other countries. Canada and Australia have been the two largest contributors, but we’ve also done business with clients from Russia, Germany, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, and the British Virgin Islands.

For many sellers, these are important considerations. As sales slow down in the US, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad time to put your boat on the market. It is important, however, that you choose a broker that caters to the needs of international clients and has the experience necessary to facilitate a smooth transaction for a buyer looking to ship a boat overseas.
